Coronavirus - update for our customers

To our loyal customers,

We are re-opening our stores on the 15th June on an appointment only basis, subject to there being no change in government guidance.

Our online facility is open and we continue to dispatch online orders on a next working day basis.

Online 10% discount, in June and July, on all orders placed online with a minimum value of £100, using the discount code U4K10

Due to the current pandemic our delivery to school service is unavailable. You can either order for home/work delivery or click and collect. Our delivery to school service will resume from the 14th September 2020.

We have put in place the following measures to prepare for social distancing and to ensure the health, safety and wellbeing of our customers and team which are our utmost priority:

Installed hand sanitising stations at the entrance to our stores, placed physical markings throughout to ensure social distancing and positioned PPE equipment to keep you and us safe at all times

Open by appointment only to limit the number of customers in store at any one time

Appointments can be made using here

Late night opening on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, by appointment

Request one adult per family with only the child/children who require uniform

Card payments only

Exchange/Refund policy - extended to 120 days

No-contact returns process in place at our stores for online orders

Live Chat available online, during working hours

Click & Collect service from outside our stores

Order by 10th August to ensure uniform is delivered by the start of term
