Our aim is to ensure our customers always receive the very highest level of service, be it instore, over the telephone or via email.


Q:        What are your Opening Hours?

From June to October our store opening hours are:

Monday to Saturday: 9.00am - 5.30pm

Bank Holiday Monday 29th August: 10.00am - 3.00pm 

Our Temple Fortune branch is open on Sundays: 10.00am - 3.00pm from 18th June until Sunday 10th September inclusive.

Our Enfield branch is open on Sundays 10.00am - 3.00pm from 13th August until 3rd September inclusive.

From October to May our store opening hours are:

Monday to Thursday and Saturday: 9.00am - 5.30pm

Fridays and Sundays: Closed

Our warehouse is open for Click & Collect Monday to Friday: 9.00am - 5.30pm

Q:        Do I need to make an Appointment to shop instore?

Up to 13th August: We are currently open on an appointment only basis. Please book your appointment online on our website homepage: 

Up to 14th August:  Our appointment period ends.   We are open on a first come first served basis.   We recommend you come at your earliest convenience as we will become busier as we get closer to schools returning.

Q:        How do I know which size to order?

If your child is starting a new school for the first time, we recommend you bring them in for a proper uniform fitting, so you get the right sizes there and then. 

It is difficult to guess sizes the first time around, which is why we recommend shopping instore to have a smooth experience.

If you prefer to order online, we recommend you measure your child’s chest and waist in inches.

Q:        I ordered something a few weeks ago. How will I know when it is ready for collection? 

You will receive a confirmation email or text when your order is ready for collection.  Please keep an eye on your junk folder in case the email slips in there.

Q:        I placed an order online. When will it arrive?

Please allow 2/3 working days to receive your order, subject to all items being in stock. 

If an item is not in stock, we shall inform you.

Q:        I heard I could get free postage; how do I do this? 

Until 20th August: We are offering free postage on orders over £100 placed up until 20th August.  Please remember to enter the discount code FREESHIPPING at checkout.  This discount cannot be applied retrospectively.

From 21st August: We were offering free postage on orders over £100 placed up until 20th August.  Currently online orders for home delivery are posted within 2/3 working days at £5.50 or you are welcome to visit our store to make your purchase.

Q:        I would like to Click & Collect; however, the website is not allowing me to select that option

From 19th August: Our ‘click and collect’ service will be unavailable due to our storage capacity.

You can order online for home delivery within 2/3 working days at £5.50 or you are welcome to visit our store.

Q:        When will the Delivery to School service start

Our delivery to school service will recommence from the week commencing 11th September and is available during term time.

Q:        I ordered from one branch; can I return the item to another branch?

It is quicker to receive a refund when you return the item to the branch(es) that stocks your child’s school uniform. If easier for you to drop the item off to a different branch, please do so with the returns form completed or the receipt and a note, including your contact details, that you would like a refund.

We will deliver the item to the relevant store, and they will process your refund.

Please allow 2/3 working days for this to take place.

Q:        Personalisation Timeframe

Personalisation of an item (paint aprons, t-shirts, shoe bags, PE Kit) takes approximately 4 weeks.

Please note that once we personalise the items with your child’s name you cannot return these items. Therefore, it is best to try them first to check you are happy with the fit.

Alternatively, items can be returned during October half term for personalisation at a later date – when the turnaround time will be approximately 2 weeks.

Q:        Return Details

Any online order can be returned by post or in person.

If you return by post, simply return the item(s) in a bag/packaging to the store within 60 days of purchase ensuring the return is in a resaleable condition with its tags intact.

The address is on the paperwork. Please return this with the original returns form.

The refund will automatically be processed back to the card used to make the purchase.

Please note we are unable to accept the following items back once they are removed from the packaging: shirts, blouses, socks and tights.
