If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, do not worry - simply return it to us as soon as possible. We will exchange or refund any purchase, subject to it being in re-sellable condition in its original packaging complete with labels and with proof of purchase within 21 days.
Please note that we cannot accept blouses/shirts, socks or tights back if the packaging has been opened, unless they are faulty.
If you need to return something, simply call our customer services representatives who will advise you of the address to send the goods back to on 020 8209 0999. You can also return them in person to our stores.
If your school participates in our ‘delivery to school’ service you can leave the item in a labelled bag at the school office for collection. Please ensure you enclose a note with your name, your child’s name, telephone number, if you would like an exchange or refund and your receipt.
Exchanges or refunds outside this period will be at the discretion of Lyons School Shop Ltd.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
If you believe that an item is faulty please return it to us. We will inspect the item to assess if it is considered a manufacturing fault. At our discretion, we will repair, rectify, offer a replacement or refund the item.
