Our shirts and blouses are carefully packaged using specialist packaging to ensure they reach customers in pristine condition. This includes cardboard supports to retain the shape of the garment and collar, together with protective plastic inserts.
Due to the nature of this packaging, we strongly recommend that customers visit one of our retail stores, where shirts and blouses are available to try on before purchase. This helps ensure the correct size is selected and avoids unnecessary returns.
For online purchases, your statutory cancellation rights and consumer rights remain unaffected. When exercising your statutory right to cancel, we ask that you take reasonable care when handling the garment and its packaging.
Customers may inspect garments as they would reasonably be permitted to do in a retail store. However, where goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, we reserve the right to make a deduction from any refund to reflect the resulting reduction in value, where permitted by law.
This may include damage caused by unnecessarily tearing or destroying specialist packaging, where this results in a demonstrable reduction in the resale value of the garment.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights, including your rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods.
*Please note our shirts from sizes 11” to 12 ½” are easy fasten with easy Velcro and elasticated fastenings

A guide to choosing the right boys school shirt.
To find the right size school shirt for your child, you will need their collar measurement.
To measure their collar, wrap the tape measure gently around the base of their neck. Put two fingers between the tape measure and their skin while you do this; this will ensure a more comfortable fit. It’s better to have a comfortable, fitted chest and a slightly looser collar than a well-fitted collar and a chest that’s straining at the seams.
