If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply
return it to us as soon as possible. We are happy to exchange
or refund any purchase as long as it is in re-sellable condition
within 21 days of purchase.
Ordering Online and Security
Uniform4Kids offers secure online transactions. Choose items
from our online shop add them to your shopping basket, then
go to our checkout and pay by any major credit or debit card.
Uniform4Kids recognises the importance of security regarding
the credit card information you send us over the Internet.
All credit card numbers are encrypted via verified
128-bit encryption secure server.
Billing
We will only take payment for the items you purchase on the
day that they are dispatched. You will normally receive your
goods within approximately two - four working days, this is via ParcelForce's 48hr delivery service but is dependant on the time of day that the order is placed. This can also fluctuate according to stock availability.
We would like to remind you that delivery on any orders placed between 25th August and 5th September may exceed our current delivery time.
Checkout
Before purchasing you can review your shopping basket and
make changes to it if you wish. You will then be asked to
provide your credit or debit card details and a delivery address.
All orders are accepted and you will then be notified if there
are any problems with the authorisation of your card.

We accept Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Switch, Delta and
Solo. We do not accept American Express.
Receipts
You will receive a confirmation email once the order has been
received by us, and you will receive a receipt with your purchased
items.

Shipping
You will normally receive your goods within two - four working days, obviously we cannot guarantee this. If you are not normally at home during the day, we can deliver the order to your office or a neighbours
home simply fill this in on the delivery address part of the
form.
Postage
and Packing Cost
Each purchase is dispatched using ParcelForce 48hr. For totals under £24.99 there is a delivery cost of £4.50. £25.00 + is £7.50. You will see the delivery charges
before you give your card details.

We will deliver your goods to whatever address you choose
be it work or home, if you want it sent abroad this can be
arranged.
Overseas
Orders
We are now open to all customers and delivery addresses worldwide,
obviously delivery charges would vary from those stated above.
Out of Stock
In the unlikely event of any item being out of stock, you
will be notified by one of our customer service representatives.
If for any reason we are unable to deliver your goods within
our specified delivery times, we will notify you.
Returns
If you are unhappy with any purchase, do not worry. We will
exchange or refund any purchase, subject to it being in re-sellable
condition with proof of purchase. If you need to return something,
simply call our customer services representatives who will
give you a return number and the address where to post the
goods to, you can also return them in person to any of our
