Ordering Online and Security

Uniform4Kids offers secure online transactions. Choose items from our online shop, add them to your shopping basket, then go to our checkout and pay by any major credit or debit card. Uniform4Kids recognises the importance of security regarding the credit card information you send us over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted via verified 128-bit encryption secure server

Billing

We will take payment for the items you purchase on the day that the order is placed. You will normally receive your goods within approximately two - four working days, this is via ParcelForce's 24hr delivery service but is dependent on the time of day that the order is placed. This can also fluctuate according to stock availability.

We would like to remind you that delivery of any orders placed between 25th August and 5th September may exceed our current delivery time.

Checkout

Before purchasing you can review your shopping basket and make changes to it if you wish. You will then be asked to provide your credit or debit card details and a delivery address. All orders are accepted and you will then be notified if there are any problems with the authorisation of your card.

Click and Collect

Our Click and Collect service is available from all our stores and warehouse. To choose this service, select 'Click and Collect’ as your delivery method on the checkout page and select the location you wish to collect your purchase from. You will receive an order acknowledgment and a subsequent email notifying you when the order is ready for collection. Please print this second email and bring into the store to collect your order. We aim to have items ready within three working days of purchase.

Your order will be available for collection at your selected store for 7 days, after which it will be returned to stock and your account will be refunded.

Credit and Debit Cards

We accept Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Switch, Delta and Solo. We do not accept American Express.



Receipts

You will receive a confirmation email once the order has been received by us, and you will receive a receipt with your purchased items.

You can place your order online, by telephone or in store. To place your order by telephone, please call one of our customer service representatives at the relevant shop for your school following the link below.

Shipping

You will normally receive your goods within two - four working days, but we cannot guarantee this. If you are not normally at home during the day, we can deliver the order to your office or a neighbour's home simply fill this in on the delivery address part of the form.

Postage and Packing Cost

Each purchase is dispatched using ParcelForce. For parcels under £24.99 there is a delivery cost of £4.50, for parcels £25.00 + there is a delivery charge of £7.50. You will see the delivery charges before you give your card details. If however you require deliveries to outside of this area then we will need to inform you of the specific rate as this does vary. The full order can still be refunded if you do not accept this charge.

Out of Stock

In the unlikely event of any item being out of stock, you will be notified by one of our customer service representatives. If for any reason we are unable to deliver your goods within our specified delivery times, we will notify you.

Returns/Satisfaction Guaranteed

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, do not worry - simply return it to us as soon as possible.We will exchange or refund any purchase, subject to it being in re-sellable condition in its original packaging complete with labels and with proof of purchase within 21 days.

Please note that we cannot accept blouses/shirts, socks or tights back if the packaging has been opened, unless they are faulty.

If you need to return something, simply call our customer services representatives who will advise you of the address to send the goods back to on 020 8209 0999. You can also return them in person to our stores as listed below.

If your school participates in our ‘delivery to school’ service you can leave the item in a labelled bag at the school office for collection. Please ensure you enclose a note with your name, your child’s name, telephone number, if you would like an exchange or refund and your receipt.

Exchanges or refunds outside this period will be at the discretion of Lyons School Shop Ltd.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Faulty Goods

If you believe that an item is faulty please return it to us. We will inspect the item to assess if it is considered a manufacturing fault. At our discretion, we will repair, rectify, offer a replacement or refund the item.
